It’s finally here! The weekend before Thanksgiving and time to go get a fresh Christmas tree! Luckily it was warmer outside and we picked up our Christmas tree just before the steady rain started.
There are only a few places open right now that you can get a tree here in Raleigh as many places don’t open until after Thanksgiving, but I can’t wait that long. Joseph and I went first thing in the morning to this cute Christmas tree farm in Cary called Cranberry Tree Farm.
All of the Christmas trees were so pretty and full, so we had to walk around a bit to find one that we loved and would work for our town house.
It did rain on us a little, but I didn’t mind. I was very much enjoying the fall scene all around us as we are now at our peak fall foliage.
We did find the tree that wanted though and the service at the tree farm was great. They trimmed the tree, put it in a net and loaded it on the car for us. I highly recommend them if you live in the Raleigh area.
And the tree on top of the car just looked so Christmasy. I had so much fun going to the tree farm and picking out a tree. I am ready to get the lights and decorations on, so that blog post should come a little later in the week.
